HOW IS THIS EVEN “LEGAL”? (PART TWO)

In a posting I made here a few weeks ago I referenced the VERY DISTURBING fact that while my Sister, Aminat Adetola Soboyede, was being held in the Collin County, Texas Jail for a number of days, starting on Thursday, February 22nd when she was arrested by the City of McKinney, Texas Police, my Dad received a call from a FEMALE staff of that Jail.

People familiar with matters like that know such a call is VERY HIGHLY UNUSUAL. It’s equally ILLEGAL.

My Dad didn’t know that Jail staff from Adam and he was also very surprised to receive such a call; being an Attorney here in the US himself he knows such calls are highly unusual and prohibited, especially if they are made without any prior context, as this was. Dad told me he played it cool when he realized where the call was coming from and who was calling and that the first question he asked the woman was who gave her his number. He said the woman pretended she didn’t hear that question and literally ignored it.  After two or three calls spanning the evening of Friday, February 23rd and Saturday, February 24th (the first call was from the Jail phone number, after which the woman gave and asked Dad to call her personal number but refused to reveal her name to him), the woman stopped taking my Dad’s calls. Before  then, she had told Dad that my Sister was in the “Jail Infirmary” and that there were plans to “release” her (my Sister, Aminat Soboyede) to a hospital within the County.

Dad later did his due diligence and got what he believes to be the woman’s real name and address, which he discovered was also located in the same Collin County, Texas.

Other details about this woman and the specifics of what I can describe as the MANIPULATIVE and “let-me-have-a-feel-for-you” CONVERSATIONS she had with my Dad will be released when the right situation presents itself.  But from the way my Dad tells it and what I can detect from information about the entire situation that I am aware of, this woman and her “sudden relationship” to / with my Sister (which I believe is NOT voluntary on my Sister’s part—how could it be, since she was a drug addict with untreated mental illness when she was placed in the Jail, even when she is an adult?) should be considered central to how / why my Sister was subsequently DISAPPEARED by officials of the County, who we now believe seek to hide and actually FURTHER this VERY IMPROPER AND INVOLUNTARY “RELATIONSHIP” my Sister was most likely forced into after she was taken to the Collin County, Texas jail.

Of course there are a few other possibilities (which DO NOT include my Sister VOLUNTARILY saying she no longer wants to speak with any and all members of her immediate family, including Dad, her mother and we, his siblings—which is NOT even possible, given that she was a VULNERABLE ADULT at the time she fell into the clutches of the officials of Collin County, Texas). But the above is the most realistic conjecture we have of what happened to my Sister after she entered the Collin County Jail, and after, till date.

Along with today’s write-up I have also posted certain email correspondences my father sent to / exchanged with the Sheriff of Collin County, Texas, Jim Skinner, and two of his deputies / lieutenants immediately after Dad realized my Sister (his daughter) had been DISAPPEARED using the resources of the official Collin County, Texas system; that is, between the Collin County Jail and the Court system, which allowed a VERY INCAPACITATED / VULNERABLE adult arrested at a house within the County to “claim” she was “homeless’ in Court documents, with the same Court now giving the same “homeless” person charged with a felony a PERSONAL RECOGNITION BOND!

I should quickly note that the documents Dad attached to that particular email message to the Collin County, Texas Sheriff included a more-than 80 page document issued months earlier by the Sheriff’s Office in Hennepin County, Minnesota, which detailed the mental health and medical crises my Sister has endured over the past few years due to her drug use.

No one who reads or examines that particular document (and that is why my Dad sent it with the email message to the Collin County, Texas, Sheriff) can honestly and sincerely claim that the person who is the subject of the document / Report (which is my Sister Aminat Soboyede) is a functioning “adult” capable of making “adult decisions”, including deciding she “no longer wants to speak to members of her family”, particularly her parents and siblings, as those who DISAPPEARED my Sister now laughably claim.

Instead, that particular more-than-80-page document (which Dad refuses to release online due to its very sensitive details regarding my Sister’s mental and physical health, especially “mental”, as at the time she was arrested in February this year in Collin County, Texas), clearly depicts someone who needed (and was also seriously resisting, going by her interactions with Dad just before her arrest took place) immediate mental health intervention and extensive drug rehabilitation therapy, and who was simply incapable of making “adult decisions”, as the officials who later DISAPPEARED her within Collin County, Texas, now claim.

One common refrain I quickly noted in the correspondences posted is the lieutenants of the Collin County Sheriff (according to Dad, the Sheriff himself did not respond directly to his email message) urging Dad to “report” my “Sister” missing at the McKinney Police Station after he complained that he had not see nor heard from his daughter after she had appeared before a Judge of the County for a Magistration hearing immediately after her arrest and was unbelievably granted a PERSONAL RECOGNITION BOND.  Remember that police officers from the City of McKinney, which is one of the big, urban cities under Collin County, had gone to the house she shared with Dad and arrested her there on February 22nd, 2024, before transporting her to the Collin County Jail.

My Dad was naturally reluctant to follow this advice and report his daughter (my Sister, Aminat Soboyede) missing, since he was aware of who arrested her (City of McKinney Police) and where they took her after the arrest (Collin County Jail).  After the initial hesitation, Dad finally made his way to the headquarters of the City of McKinney, Texas Police Department sometime in May 2024 to report my Sister missing. What the Officer he met on duty said in reaction to his request shocked him. According to my Dad,  immediately after he made his request, the Officer (my Dad got his name and other identifying information) the Officer glanced at his computer and, after a while told him the following: “We cannot declare an adult missing unless…you can provide evidence that at the time they were missing and before then, they were unable to take care of themselves or provide care for themselves on a day-to-day-basis”!

My Dad said immediately he heard this, he thought to himself that going by such a criterion, nearly all the victims of serial killers in America could not be declared missing, giving that they were usually vibrant adults before they got “snatched” off the streets. Still shocked, Dad offered to bring along documentation that showed my Sister was incapacitated at the time of her arrest by an addiction to drugs and untreated mental illness stemming from the prolonged drug use, but the same Police officer told him not to bother bringing such proof.  That was when my Dad became convinced that between the Collin County Sheriff’s Office, the County Jail and the McKinney Police Department, someone was determined not to have any record of my sister being DISAPPEARED.

Also take a look at another of the documents posted at this time: it is the chronicle of Case Events for my Sister, publicly displayed on the Collin County Judicial website. For what is said to be an “Announcement” event or Hearing to be held on November 14th, 2024, there is a curious entry made: “Def to Call In”. One presumes the “Def” here means Defendant.

From where will this supposed “Def” make such a call? Specifically, where has this particular “Def” been for the past 7 months, kept away from her parents, siblings and other loved ones BY AN ILLEGAL EXERCISE OF “POLICE POWER” or “STATE POWER”?  Stemming from this, how is one even sure the “Def” that will supposedly “call in” on November 14th, 2024 will actually be the same Aminat Adetola Soboyede who has been DISAPPEARED from her parents and loved ones by the authorities in / of Collin County since February 22nd, 2024?

STILL ON THE “GUARDIANSHIP ATTORNEY FROM HELL…”

I know: you’re all eagerly awaiting my teased account of the lawyer based in Collin County, Texas (yes, that SAME county) that my Dad hired to file a Guardianship action in District Court within the same County to legally challenge the FALSE claim that my Sister Aminat Soboyede was a fully-functioning “adult” at the time of her arrest in February 2024 within the County— and who has instead done everything he can to FRUSTRATE my Dad’s attempt in this regard, OBVIOUSLY AT THE BEHEST OF CERTAIN YET-UNKNOWN PERSONS.

This is a guy my Dad entered into an Agreement with that pays him thousands but who simply refuses to do his job, months and months after my Dad hired him! He continues to refuse to communicate with my Dad on the issue and apparently seeks to FRUSTRATE legal efforts my Dad has deployed since March / April this year (2024) within Collin, County, Texas to free my Sister from the grips of those ILLEGALLY using the judicial and security resources of Collin County, Texas to hold onto her  (my Sister) and SNATCH HER AWAY FROM MEMBERS OF HER FAMILY.

Again, more on the DISTURBING ANTICS of this lawyer soon and the continuing efforts my Dad is making as I write this to bring him to account.
